Employee Favorites: What Jess Is Cooking on the Trail 🥾🍜
Our Employee Favorites series is all about the meals the people behind Snake River Farms actually make in real life, whether that’s at home, at camp, or somewhere deep in the mountains.
For Jess, it’s her “Wagyu Ramen Bomb.” A lightweight backpacking dinner made with dry ramen, leftover steak, chili crunch, sesame oil, and a soft boiled egg. Rich, spicy, comforting, and exactly what you want after a long day on the trail.
The best part? Everything can be vacuum sealed and packed ahead of time, making it an easy lightweight meal for your first night out backpacking.
