🥘 チーズフォンデュ / Cheese Fondue
🌿 材料 / Ingredients:
– ピザ用チーズ / Shredded cheese mix
– 牛乳 / Milk
– 片栗粉 / Potato starch (or corn starch)
– にんにく（香りづけ） / Garlic (for rubbing)
– バゲット・ブロッコリー・ソーセージ等 / Bread, broccoli, sausage, etc.
– 黒こしょう（お好みで） / Black pepper (optional)
🍳 作り方 / Instructions:
1. メスティンににんにくをこすりつけ香りをつける / Rub garlic on the mess tin to flavor.
2. 牛乳を入れて弱火で温める / Add milk and gently heat on low.
3. 片栗粉は少量の牛乳で溶いてから加える / Mix potato starch with a little milk, then add.
4. チーズを少しずつ加え、滑らかになるまで混ぜる / Gradually add cheese and stir until smooth and melty.
5. 好みで黒こしょうを振り、具材をディップして楽しむ / Season with black pepper if desired, then dip and enjoy.
