Hamburger soup:
Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef
1 onion diced
2 cloves garlic minced
3 medium potatoes diced you can peel or not peel them it’s to your liking
4 cups of beef broth
28 ounces can of diced tomatoes with juices, 1 can
10.75 ounces condensed tomato soup 1 can
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf
salt and black pepper to liking
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
4 cups of frozen or fresh mixed vegetables
Cooking instructions
Step one Brown ground beef, chopped onions, and garlic until no pink remains then drain any fat.
Step two Pour in broth, tomato soup, tomatoes, and potatoes. Next add Worcestershire sauce, seasonings and bay leave. Then cover and simmer for ten minutes.
Step three pour in the vegetables and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
