Breakfast pizza on the Blackstone at the campsite just feels like a next-level camping breakfast. We used pre-made pizza crust, eggs, cheese, sausage, and a few other simple ingredients, and somehow ended up making one of the best campground breakfasts we’ve had in a ling time! Huge credit to @BlackstoneBettyfor the idea because everybody we were camping with absolutely loved these.
This is exactly why I love cooking on the Blackstone while RV camping. Easy cleanup, simple ingredients, and meals that make it feel like you’re eating way fancier than you probably should at a campsite. These breakfast pizzas are definitely getting added into our regular camping meal rotation.
